Rates are quoted per day or part thereof, and the time is calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the depot.

The excess on vehicles is R2500 for collision damage; in the unlikely event of the theft of the car, the excess is 10% of the market value of the vehicle.

Additional insurance cover can be purchased at a cost of R78 per day, to reduce the excess to R1000 (per incident) whether for collision or for theft. This cover is optional. Should the hirer opt to accept the additional excess cover, the excess will be R1000 (per incident) subject to the hirer not having breached any conditions of the agreement.

Hirers must have recognised credit cards (Visa, Master or American Express). Prior pre-authorisation will be taken on the renter’s card. Debit cards are not accepted.

Cancellations of all or part of rental period: Hirers are responsible for 50% of the rental amount of the cancelled period, in the event of cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the contracted period.

All rates are subject to change unless previously contracted.

Hirers are required to have in their possession a valid Driver’s Licence, or a current INTERNATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENCE.

The minimum rental age for hirers and authorised drivers is 24 years of age, and the driver’s licence must have been valid for a minimum of 2 years. The hirer will be levied an additional excess of R500 for collision or accident damage incurred by a driver under the age of 25, or a driver over the age of 75.

Free Drop off and Collect at Cape Town International:
Daily between 07h00 and 20h00; a levy will be charged after hours

Early Bird Discount:
A 10% discount is offered on bookings made 60 days in advance, subject to Terms and Conditions as above.

A separate Pensioner's Discount, to which the 'Early Bird Discount does not apply is available to hirer's aged 60 and over.
